1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KeepDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use KeepDM.

2. What KeepDM Is

KeepDM is a mobile application that allows you to import your Instagram data export file and view your direct message history in a private, offline interface. KeepDM is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any related companies. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you import into KeepDM. By using KeepDM you confirm that:

You are the owner of the Instagram account whose data you are importing.
You have the legal right to store and view the imported data.
You will not use KeepDM for any unlawful purpose.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute KeepDM.

4. Purchases and Billing

All purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. KeepDM itself does not process card numbers directly and does not control store billing systems. If you subscribe, renew, cancel, or request a refund, the store where you bought the app is the place that manages the transaction.

5. Free Trial Terms

The 7-day free trial gives you full access to all KeepDM features. After the trial ends, you must purchase a plan to continue using KeepDM. Your imported data remains on your device after the trial, and nothing is deleted just because the trial expires.

6. Intellectual Property

The KeepDM app, name, logo, and all related content are owned by Aman Mishra. Your imported Instagram data belongs to you. KeepDM does not claim any ownership over your messages or media.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeepDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that KeepDM will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all Instagram export formats will be perfectly parsed. Import results depend on the format and completeness of your Instagram data export.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aman Mishra and KeepDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, import failures, or subscription billing issues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
